FILM101 INTERACTIVE FILM EXPERIENCE: 1:00PM - 3:00PM --- Be a part of something fun! FILM101 takes you into a one-of-a-kind experience of creating a film on the spot. Special Guests and attendees collaborate together to write, rehearse, prep, shoot, and edit a two-minute film. Don't miss out!

TEXAS IS BACK: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO SAVE MONEY FILMING IN TEXAS: FRANK TALK ABOUT THE NEW TEXAS INCENTIVE PROGRAM: 3:30PM - 5:00PM --- On April 23, 2009, Governor Rick Perry signed into a law a new and improved incentive program for film, television, commercial and game production in Texas. Part of the program's improvement includes a lower minimum budgetary requirement, which allows local productions, such as commercials, industrials and independent films to apply. Want to learn more? Join us as Bob Hudgins, Director of the Texas Film Commission, and industry professionals as they discuss the new incentive program and what you need to know in order to apply for your upcoming production. 2. Purchase: Festival passes and tickets can be purchased starting now at www.LSIFF.com or at the Festival Hub located at the Norris Conference Center starting Nov 10th at 11:00 am. Tickets can also be purchased at the AMC Palace Lone Star Box Office during the festival. If you plan on attending the festival for more than 2 days, we recommend purchasing a festival pass. A pass is not only economical, but it can save you time and allows you great access to films and events.

3. Attend: Please remember that seating is limited and is available on a first come first serve basis. Everyone must have a hardcopy ticket from a box office to be granted access. Pass and voucher holders must pickup a ticket for each screening they wish to see at the AMC Lone Star Box Office or at the Festival Hub located at the Norris Conference Center (See maps for details).

    1. Pass holders with tickets, are welcome to priority seating 20 minutes prior to the film start time.
    2. Ticket holders are welcome to start seating 10 minutes prior to the film start time.
    3. Rush line will be seated at the film start time.

Pick up your tickets early to avoid long lines! Advance will-call for tickets purchased online is available for pick-up starting Nov 10th at 11:00 am at the Festival Hub at the Norris Conference Center.

WILL-CALL DURING THE FESTIVAL

Tickets that have been purchased online will be available for pick up during the Festival at the Norris Conference Center at the will call counter. Please pick up your tickets one hour before your first screening.

SAME-DAY SALES

Same-day ticket sales are available at The AMC Lone Star Box office or at The Norris Conference Center. Ticket booths open one hour prior to the first screening for that day. Same-day tickets will not be sold over the phone or online.

 

Note: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. You must be seated 10 minutes prior to screening time. After this time ticket holders will NOT be guaranteed a seat, and remaining seats will be sold. Films not in English are presented in their original language with English subtitles, except where otherwise stated. Some festival films are not yet rated; festival goers should exercise discretion.
